KLEZCADIA is a program of Emanu-El of Victoria, Vancouver Island. Congregation Emanu-El’s Jewish mission to be a community of radical inclusivity includes being able to bring our most vulnerable community members from the edges into the center. KLEZCADIA’s American donation arm, “US Friends of KLEZCADIA,” is a fiscally-sponsored project of KlezCalifornia.
